Returns Policy
Buy
with confidence from RENEW Computer. Every item sold comes with a
30-day warranty unless otherwise stated and buyers may return any item
for any reason within 15 days.
If
you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the
order using the "Complete Orders” link under the “My Account” menu and
click the Return Item(s) button.
All
returns must have a RMA number clearly marked on the return label or on
the box itself or it will be rejected. All returns are subject to
inspections/testing. Return tracking information must be provided to
RENEW Computer.
RMA
numbers issued will only be valid for 10 business days from issuance
date and must be received within the 10 days to RENEW Computer in order
for credit to be issued.
All DOAs (or) wrong parts must be reported within 5 days from receipt.

page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all
weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
